These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 95asia platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing 95asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of the 95asia Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 95asia operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
95asia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Access to withdrawal functionality and certain Platform features may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.
Members are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 95asia makes no representation that the Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or use the Services: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform; (c) persons who are aware that they have a gambling problem and have not sought appropriate assistance; (d) employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of 95asia or its affiliated entities, including their immediate family members; and (e) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the 95asia Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 95asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 95asia immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 95asia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Any Wagers or transactions placed through your Account are deemed to have been made by you and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account.
95asia supports deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian Members: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and other methods as notified from time to time. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 95asia reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Processing timeframes are indicated on the withdrawal page and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment providers.
All Account balances, Wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 95asia does not apply currency conversion fees to MYR transactions. Members depositing via international payment methods may be subject to conversion fees applied by their payment provider — 95asia has no control over such third-party fees.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 95asia reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account administration fee to dormant Accounts, details of which will be communicated to the Member's registered email address prior to any deduction. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 95asia are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. 95asia reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other conduct intended to circumvent wagering requirements is identified.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, each promotion is available to each eligible Member once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple Accounts, multiple payment methods, shared devices, or shared payment details constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Each game and betting market available on the 95asia Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game or betting transaction, 95asia reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return staked amounts to the relevant Accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable software malfunction or error will not be honoured and may be reversed from a Member's Account.
All Wagers are subject to acceptance by 95asia. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where a Wager exceeds permitted limits, where suspicious betting patterns are identified, or where odds or game outcomes were published due to a manifest error.
Members are encouraged to set deposit, loss, and wagering limits through the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings. 95asia may impose limits on Member accounts where patterns of play raise responsible gaming concerns.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with their use of the 95asia Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 95asia Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall Platform design, is the property of 95asia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 95asia.
95asia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 95asia Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. 95asia implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
95asia provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 95asia's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. 95asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability on which the claim is based.
Members acknowledge that participation in online gambling carries inherent financial risk. 95asia is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members through lawful use of the Platform. Members wager at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.
95asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) a Member is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; (c) a Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct in connection with the Platform; or (d) where required by applicable regulatory requirements or law enforcement direction. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member following satisfactory completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal process, subject to any amounts legitimately owed to 95asia.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 95asia holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Member and 95asia arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution designated by 95asia's licensing authority.
95asia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 95asia will provide not less than fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with a Member's Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not accept the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account by contacting support prior to the amendment's effective date.
